THE PROS: Sylvania NB501SL9 Blu-ray Disc Player is a Profile 1.1. Which means it can access BonusView feature. Can playback Blu-ray Disc at Full HD 1080p. Has 24 fps for Cinema Like images and Deep Color Output for clear images.
THE CONS: No Ethernet connection. Has very little extra features. Firmware can be difficult to upgrade.
THE FINAL WORD: Sylvania NB530SLX Blu-ray Disc Player does all the basic functions of a Blu-ray Player very well. It does not have an Internet connection or extra features, but does have a very reasonable price tag. The NB501SL9 is one of the cheapest Blu-ray Players you can purchase.
