THE PROS:
Samsung’s 2011 Flagship model, the BD-D7500, has a very unique and eye-catching design. Clamming to be the World’s slimmest Blu-ray Player as well as being wall-mountable. Other great features include excellent HD images and sound, 3D support, built-in Wi-Fi, DLNA capability, Ultra Fast Play, USB Playback, 1 GB of local storage and access to online streaming media and social networking through Samsungs’s new Smart TV with Web-Connected Apps (Netflix, Vudu, YouTube, Pandora, Blockbuster, and Twitter). Samsung has also included innovative features such as video recommendations and One Foot Connection.
THE CONS:
The unique design and high cost of the BD-D7500 may not appeal to everyone. The BD-D6700 and BD-D6500, offer similar features, but are $50.00 – $100.00 cheaper. The BD-D7500 only has one HDMI Output, while the cheaper BD-D6700 has two. The player is lacking 7.1-ch analog outputs.

Overall the Samsung BD-D7500 is an excellent blu-ray player. But the high price tag may put some consumers off. But those looking to add a bit of style and flare to their Home Entertainment theater, there is probably no better choice than the BD-D7500. And it does not rely on looks only, Samsung has packed many great blu-ray features into this tiny package – 3D support, DLNA capability, built-in Wi-Fi, on-board storage and Smart TV with Web-Connected Apps. Which allows you to do everything from viewing movies and TV shows to Social Networking and even online shopping.
