THE PROS:
The BD-D7000 form Samsung has a sleek cub design that will surely turn a few heads. This compact 3D player, although small in structure, is filled with great and innovative features. Such as 2D to 3D conversion, built-in WI-FI, 1 GB of Built-in memory for BD-Live content, Samsung’s Smart Hub (Netflix, Blockbuster, Hulu Plus, YouTube, Pandora, social networking sites Facebook and Twitter), Touch Senor Control, DLNA support, USB Playback and Ultra Fast Play. It is capable of FULL HD1080p/24 video resolution for both standard blu-rays and 3D blu-rays, it can up-scale standard DVDs and supports the latest audio formats – Digital TrueHD, DTS-HD Master Audio.

THE CONS:
The BD-D7000 unique compact cube design may not appeal to everyone. Especially since the high price list of $300.00 is mainly due to its unique and innovative design. You can get similar features from the less expensive Samsung BD-D6500. Samsung’s Smart Hub, while providing an abundant amount of services, is not as efficient as some of its competitors like Panasonic or LG.
