The DMP-BD75 blu-ray player is an entry-level blu-ray player from Panasonic. Priced under a hundred dollars, the player provides great features that includes online streaming of Netflix, Cinemanow and Vudu, Fast loading times, USB, a new easy to use GUI, DLNA certification (stream video from your PC) and of course it can playback blu-ray dics at 1080p/24 video resolution. As well as supporting the latest HD audio formats – Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio.


THE CONS:
As an entry-level player it is missing a few features you will find in higher end players, such as on board memory for storage, 3D playback, extra video and audio features and Wi-Fi capabilities. It is also missing Panasonic’s new Skype features as well as many of the other streaming media services found in VIERA CAST.

THE FINAL WORD:
The DMP-BD75 may be a very basic blu-ray player, but it does these basic features very well. Providing you with excellent video and audio quality on Blu-rays, DVDs, and CDs. It might not have all the bells and whistles of some other players but it does have access to online streaming content that should provide hours of home entertainment. With a price list of $99.99, you should see the DMP-BD75 become one of the more affordable players of 2011. — Price you should look for when purchasing — Under $100.00
