New Blu-ray Movie Releases for August 31, 2010 includes the horror cult classic, The Evil Dead. Directed by Sam Rami and staring Bruce Campbell it tells the tale of a group of friends who go to a cabin in the woods, where they find an unspeakable evil within in the forest. They find the Necronomicon, the Book Of The Dead, and the taped translation of the text. Once the tape is played, the evil is released. Other new releases are Marmaduke(2010), Harry Brown (2009), Why Did I Get Married Too? (2010) and Red Riding Trilogy (2010). Red Riding Trilogy follows controversial stories revolving around the manhunt for the brutal Yorkshire Ripper. After a failed attempt to crack Fleet Street, a cynical journalist returns to his homeland of Yorkshire and finds himself assigned to report on the case of a local girl who has gone missing. But after her bizarrely mutilated body is discovered, he is thrown into a sleaze infested, nightmarish world of corruption. As the killer’s identity remains a mystery, savage events spiral out of control, spanning generations and leading to a shocking climax.
