Blu-ray Movie Releases for April 12, 2011 includes “Country Strong” (2010). Gwyneth Paltrow, Tim McGraw & Leighton Meester star in COUNTRY STRONG, a drama focusing on the ambitions of an upcoming songwriter and a fallen country-music star. Also on Blu-ray for the first time is “The Incredibles” (2004). Known to the world as superheroes, Mr. Incredible and Elastigirl, Bob Parr and his wife Helen were among the world’s greatest crime fighters, saving lives and battling evil on a daily basis. Fifteen years later, they have been forced to adopt civilian identities and retreat to the suburbs to live “normal” lives with their three kids, Violet, Dash, and Jack-Jack. Itching to get back into action, Bob gets his chance when a mysterious communication summons him to a remote island for a top secret assignment. Other new releases this week are “The Last Continent” (2008), “Le Cercle Rouge” (1970, “Marwencol” (2010) and “Sharpe’s Collectors Edition” (1993-1998).
